Payment Methods –
In our retail store we accept, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Cash and Checks with proper ID.

Cancellation Policy –
All class and party event registration payments are non-refundable. However, if we need to cancel a class, you will be given the option of a store credit or rescheduling.

We reserve the right to cancel a class 24 hours prior to the date of class if no registrations are made. Please register to schedule a class.

Special Orders –
Please contact us or come by the store and we’ll research the item and determine availability and price. Special orders are non-refundable and non-cancelable.

Customer Satisfaction –
Your complete satisfaction is our goal. We will allow you to return the item for a full in store credit, replacement or exchange with original store receipt. No cash returns.

Upon return and receipt of the merchandise, returned products must be received in the same condition as originally purchased from the store. Any product sold on strands must be intact, not cut or broken and contain their Ka-Gina Beads, Etc. product tag. Note: All strands are sold as is.

No returns can be accepted after 10 days from the original purchase date.

All sales items and publications (tools, books, magazines and DVDs, packaged and non-packaged spool items, such as stringing material, hard wire, chain, etc.) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
